There is no shortage of places to eat, from traditional pubs and cosy tearooms to riverside restaurants serving dishes from around the world. You might also stroll across the bridge to Eton, wander beside the Thames, or relax in the open surroundings of the Long Walk. Whether you prefer sightseeing, shopping, a lunch or watching the world go by, Windsor offers an enjoyable and varied day out, with its compact centre making it easy to explore at your pace.
