Britain’s biggest indoor international tattoo, with over 1,000 performers, comes to bp pulse LIVE on the NEC campus bringing together marching bands, exciting displays and culminating in the spectacular Grand Finale.

As well as the pomp and ceremony of the marching bands, the pipes and drums, the field gun racing and other military participation, the Tattoo also supports youth bands and local groups including the National Marching Band, cadets, plus dancers from youth dance schools, providing young musicians and local performers with a platform to showcase their talents alongside international performers. Through these initiatives, the Birmingham International Tattoo fosters community engagement and provides valuable opportunities for youth bands and local groups to perform in a prestigious setting.

In addition, the performances will feature the Parade of the Massed Standards, with standard bearers representing various veterans’ associations. Their participation highlights the event’s dedication to honouring and supporting the veteran community. 

The Birmingham International Tattoo is also renowned for its commitment to supporting charitable causes. For more than 100 years RAFBF has been supporting members of the RAF Family through thick and thin providing practical, emotional, and financial support whenever they need it. In addition, RAFBF will join the two existing Tattoo charities – Royal Star & Garter and Troop Aid – to raise funds at the two performances through a retiring collection and contribution from each souvenir programme sold.

We shall be travelling up to Birmingham and this year have selected a different hotel from usual. Now using the excellent Hilton Hotel Metropole, which is on the NEC complex, for our overnight stop.

DAY 1
After being collected from your local pick up point around 7.00/8.30am we travel up to Birmingham, with comfort stops on route. Hopefully, arriving at our hotel around 1.30pm. The hotel will try their best to have our rooms ready for this early arrival. After settling in to the hotel it's free time to either relax in your room, enjoy the hotel or take a stroll outside. 

You may like to have something to eat in the bar at the hotel or in one of the restaurants around or inside the bp pulse LIVE Arena - formerly Resorts World Arena. It would be advisable to pre book your table beforehand. Our excellent Hilton Hotel is located only a 10 minute easy walk from the Arena, so we will not be taking the coach such a short distance. Please bear this in mind before booking. 

The show starts at 6.00pm. Our tickets are reserved in the Platinum Top Price section. Walking back to the hotel after the show.

DAY 2
Enjoy a leisurely, delicious full hot and cold breakfast at the hotel before we start to head home. Comfort stops as required on the journey with a main stop for lunch - arriving back in the local area around 2.30pm.
