The Cotswolds is one of the most beautiful and quintessentially 'English' areas of the country and is dotted with delightful towns and villages with distinctive limestone cottages. On our journey up and back, sit back, relax and enjoy the changing scenery. After a comfort stop on the way we arrive at Stow on the Wold. Discover the timeless charm of the town, one of the Cotswolds’ most delightful market towns. Set high on a hill, this historic town is known for its wide market square, traditional stone buildings and welcoming atmosphere. Browse independent boutiques, antiques shops and cosy tearooms, or enjoy lunch in a classic country inn. Steeped in history, Stow-on-the-Wold has been a centre of trade for centuries and retains a relaxed, quintessentially English feel. Surrounded by rolling countryside and picturesque villages, it is the perfect place to stroll, shop and soak up the beauty of the Cotswolds.

On our return journey home we will be making a stop in Marlborough for an hour. This charming Wiltshire market town is set on the edge of the North Wessex Downs and has one of England’s widest high streets. Browse independent shops and cafés, and soak up the relaxed atmosphere.

Approximate itinerary - Comfort stop on route. Arrive Stow on the Wold - 12.00pm. Depart 2.00pm | Arrive Marlborough - 3.00pm. Depart 4.15pm | Arrive back in local area - 6.30/7.30pm.
