Pembrokeshire is home to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, a haven of natural beauty with stunning beaches, a rugged coastline and lush countryside. This holiday includes a visit to St. Davids, Britain's smallest city. Marvel at the stunning St. Davids Cathedral and the ancient Bishop's Palace. Cardiganshire offers a quieter, equally enchanting experience. Discover the charming town of Cardigan, with its historic Cardigan Castle and vibrant arts scene. Further along the coast, we include Aberystwyth, a lively seaside town with a rich cultural heritage.

DAY 1
After being collected from your local pick up point around 7.30/8.45am, sit back, relax and enjoy the journey on board our modern touring coach. Comfort stops on the way including an extended stop for lunch before arriving at the hotel on the outskirts of Cardigan late afternoon.
DAY 2
Enjoy an extensive choice of breakfast at hotel before we head off for todays excursion. Lovely day to St Davids. The remarkable 12th century Cathedral, beautifully situated next to the River Alun, has been a place of pilgrimage for centuries and offers a deeply spiritual experience. As Britain’s smallest ‘city’, St Davids is great to explore with some interesting shops and places to find something to eat. Also of interest is the ruins of The Bishop’s Palace and the Oriel y Parc Gallery which displays national works of art. Returning to the hotel for free time to enjoy those views!
DAY 3
Enjoy a delicious breakfast before we head off for todays excursion. Joined by our excellent local guide to discover some of the best sights and fascinating ancient and modern history of this region with a wonderful scenic drive taking in coast and country. Stops during the day to enjoy those magnificent views with a main stop in Aberystwyth. Nestled on the stunning coast, Aberystwyth is a seaside town with plenty of shops and eateries to enjoy. The mile long Victorian promenade offers panoramic ocean views and the oldest pier in Wales – built in 1864.
DAY 4
A semi day at leisure today! So much to enjoy about this hotel so you may just like to hang around and enjoy the location and facilities or maybe take a lovely coastal walk. We will also be offering a shuttle coach service in to Cardigan. The town centre has a vibrant hub of history, culture, and Welsh charm. Stroll through the historic streets, visit the beautifully restored Cardigan Castle, and browse unique shops and galleries. Enjoy a coffee or lunch at a cozy café overlooking the River Teifi, or sample local delicacies at the Cardigan Market. Don’t miss the Guildhall Market for handmade crafts and souvenirs. Lovely place to visit. And don't forget to grab some Bara Brith to take home!!
DAY 5
We depart the hotel in the morning and have comfort stops as required including a main extended stop for lunch before arriving back in the local area around 4.30pm.

We are delighted to have secured accommodation at this hotel which has recently been extended and refurbished. Located on the outskirts of the historic town of Cardigan, the hotel boasts some of the finest views from any location in Wales. A wonderful spot to sit out on the terrace and see the sun go down overlooking Cardigan Bay and the rugged coastline.
The Cliff Hotel and Spa offers a good standard of modern accommodation, with all rooms having en suite facilities and many having a view over Cardigan Bay – extra charge. Guests are able to relax and enjoy the view in the bar or lounge.
Meals are served in the ballroom where you have amazing views as you enjoy a buffet style breakfast, including a great selection of cooked and continental options and your evening meal – 3 courses with choice of menu followed by tea or coffee.
The hotel also has superb leisure facilities including salt water hydro spa and treatments to ease those tensions away! Other facilities include a steam room, sauna, hot tub and gym plus a 9 hole golf course – extra charges will apply for some of these facilities. 1 hour per day use for spa bath, gym & steam room is included. Book required at the hotel when on site and are subject to availability.
