The picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis on the border of Dorset and Devon is situated on the world-famous Jurassic Coast. A lovely day out offering plenty to explore among the narrow streets with a lovely selection of shops and tempting tearooms. Wonderful long seafront lined with a selection of cafes and eateries offering temptations for all! The beautiful bay leads around to the iconic 13th-century stone Cobb - famously featured in films and television - from The French Lieutenant's Woman right up to the recent feature film, Wonka. Above the beach take the zig zag path through the cliffside gardens - great place to relax on a bench and enjoy the timeless view. Wonderful.
Dropping off point – CHANGE FROM USUAL - now at Holmbush Carp Park - top of the High Street.
Arrival time – 11.15am approx.
Departing - 4.15pm approx.
Return to the local area – 5.45 to 6.45pm approx
