DAY 1
After being collected from your local pick up point at around 8.30/9.45am, we head to Sidmouth with a comfort stop and lunch stop on route. Arriving in Sidmouth mid afternoon for a warm welcome at the hotel. Time to settle in to your room and even take a stroll before dinner - delicious 3 course dinner with choice of menu. 

DAY 2
Enjoy your 1st breakfast in the hotel before we head off for an excursion to Exeter. Setting down in the city centre close to the magnificent Cathedral which is surrounded by historic buildings. Exeter has excellent shopping in the centre with the award winning Princesshay Centre and there is plenty of choice for coffee and lunch. The historic quayside is a social hub and is well worth a stroll down to the water. Returning to the hotel mid afternoon.

DAY 3
Relax. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast with a free day ahead of you. Sidmouth will be starting to get ready for the festive season, so explore the shops and perhaps enjoy a lunch with a Christmas twist. 

DAY 4
Another excursion out today. We will head off to enjoy some of the beautiful county of Devon with a scenic drive out covering some of the coast and countryside. Depending on the weather, we hope to have a couple of suitable stops before returning to Sidmouth for free time in the afternoon. 

DAY 5
Sadly, after another delicious breakfast, we have to leave Sidmouth and head home. Stopping on the way for an extended comfort stop before arriving back in the local area, early afternoon.

We have been taking groups to this hotel for many, many years and have seen it grow and improve over the years. Now under the supervision of the 4th generation of the Seward family, the Kingswood is a beautifully presented, comfortable seaside hotel with classic charm blended with modern styling, features and facilities. Staff service and management are both excellent assuring that, as a guest, you will be well looked after.

Superbly situated in the middle of the Esplanade allowing for easy access to the town centre shops and cafes with plenty of places to sit and relax. Elegantly decorated throughout and completely non-smoking. There is a fully stocked bar with beers, ciders, wines, and spirits and relax in a sofa with board games and books on offer. 

Food is very much a highlight of your stay at The Kingswood - with classic dishes using many fresh local ingredients.

Meals are served in one of the two seafront restaurants - in the morning enjoy an extensive choice - from porridge, fruit and cereals to a classic full English Breakfast. In the evening, look forward to a 3 course table d’hote menu - something for everyone to enjoy. 

The bedrooms are finished to a very high standard with soothing colours, memory foam mattresses and flat screen TV’s.
