DAY 2
After a leisurely breakfast we board the coach for a beautiful scenic drive on the way to St Ives. Undoubtedly one of Cornwall's gems, St Ives is wonderfully picturesque with an artistic flair! Seemingly surrounded by beautiful beaches, explore the warren of back streets which hide a mixture of galleries, cafes and stylish art stores. A lovely spot to while away some time!
DAY 3
Enjoy a day at leisure in Newquay. Stroll around the shops, find somewhere nice for lunch, enjoy the views from the cliffs or maybe venture down to the beach. Plenty to see here but if you wish, you could easily take the bus along the coast to another town or destination.
DAY 4
After your full breakfast we board the coach and head across Cornwall for an excursion to Falmouth. With the world's third largest natural deep-water harbour, the town is steeped in maritime history going back at least 500 years. You can explore more at the excellent National Maritime Museum which is located in the town centre. There is some excellent shopping around the town, check out the Falmouth Art Gallery plus the town has a growing reputation as a place for great food with a diverse selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. You may like to take to the water yourself - should have plenty of time to board a pleasure boat for a trip along the Fal River. Great day out.
DAY 5
We head home this morning, with refreshment stops as required before arriving back in the local area around 5.00/6.00pm.
