The magnificent Sir Harold Hillier Gardens is famous for its arboretum and gardens set over 180 acres near Romsey in Hampshire.

The arboretum was established by Sir Harold Hillier in 1953, it is now home to one of the most important modern plant collections in the world. Home to an amazing collection of 14 National Collections. It is listed as having the biggest collection of Champion Trees in the whole of Britain and Ireland, with 611 'Champions'. 

Come along and enjoy this magnificent collection including poplar trees, more than 100 pines, a maple valley and a Gurkha memorial garden. The garden also contains one of the longest mixed double perennial borders in Europe, the Centenary Border with herbaceous plants, bulbs, shrubs and trees. It is a garden for all seasons with something of interest throughout the year - don;t miss the pond and bog garden!. Around the gardens discover Art from award-winning sculptors and artists from the UK and overseas.
