Famous for its long sandy beaches, level promenade and colourful pier, Paignton lies on England’s beautiful English Riviera on Devon’s southern coast. The long and flat seafront esplanade offers lovely views across Torbay with leisure facilities for the visitor. The town has some lovely public gardens and good shopping with an abundance of cafes and restaurants. Paignton lies on the fantastic South West Coast Path with a chance to enjoy a coastal stroll. Plenty of lovely excursion destinations in the area.

DAY 1
After being collected from your local pick up point around 9.00am we have comfort stops as required before arriving at the hotel mid afternoon. Straight in for a welcoming mince pie and cup of tea before settling in to your room - why not head off in to town or enjoy a bracing stroll along the promenade - one of the qualities of the hotel is that the seafront or town centre are closeby - and it's nice and flat! Let the celebrations begin! This evening head for the Lounge for welcome drinks and canapes with a chance to meet the hotel team. Enjoy your evening meal in the Queens Restaurant and adjourn to the Cabaret Lounge to enjoy your evenings live entertainment. 

DAY 2
Christmas Eve - Start the day with a full English Breakfast, before we board the coach for a short mystery excursion out - organised by your driver. Returning to the hotel where lunch is served in the restaurant followed by free time. It's Christmas Jumper competition day today - hope to see some beauties!  In the afternoon relaxe and enjoy Tea and a special sweet treat. During our stay there will also be some festive quizzes and games to join in. Special Christmas Eve dinner tonight followed by live cabaret entertainment.

DAY 3
Christmas Day - Happy Christmas! Enjoy a glass of Sparkling Bucks Fizz with your Christmas Breakfast! Afterwards, Santa will be waiting with a present for you if you have been good! Take a local walk and build up an appetite for your traditional Christmas Lunch. The annual Queens Speech will be televised in the Lounge at 3.00pm. Afterward there will be some festive fun and games in the Lounge followed by Tea, Coffee and Christmas cake. A Celebration Buffet awaits you this evening followed by live entertainment and see the day out witha night cap of Mulled Wine and Shortbread (if you can fit it in!).

DAY 4
Boxing Day - After breakfast we have another mystery excursion in the local area to enjoy the scenery in this beautiful area. Heading back to the hotel to enjoy a Lunch Buffet. If the afternoon you may choose to attend a Variety Show at the local Babbacombe theatre (details available nearer the time). Dress up for tonight’s special dinner this evening, followed by a fabulous night of music and dancing with the prizes for various competitions awarded.

DAY 5
Enjoy a last breakfast, and say goodbye to the hotel staff before we head home with a stop for lunch before arriving back to your local drop off point around 2.00/3.00pm.

The food in the restaurant has an excellent reputation serving a Full English breakfast and a 5 course evening meal.
