Tenby - Turkey & Tinsel at The Clarence House - Mon 4th Nov 2019

Lovely destination for a fun festive break staying at the friendly Clarence House Hotel in this popular Welsh resort - great value for money!! These Christmas breaks are a great, fun way to enjoy the run up to Christmas with cuisine and entertainment in hotels decorated for the festive period. 

The delightful little town of Tenby is one of Pembrokeshire’s best loved seaside resorts with miles of sandy beaches and a delightful picturesque harbour. Beautifully located on the South West Wales coast, the old town walls, narrow streets and medieval houses add a lovely charm to the town. There are an array of shops, cafes and bars for you to discover during your stay. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the cliff tops with three great beaches. Pembrokeshire offers some of the finest coastal views in the United Kingdom – discover intimate rocky coves to sweeping sandy bays.  There are also plenty of historic and cultural attractions to discover - from ancient towns and villages to Castles and Cathedrals.

DAY 1
After being collected from your local pick up point around 7.00/8.00am we have comfort stops on route as required before arriving at the hotel late afternoon. Complimentary mince pie and Sherry tonight in the Seagull Bar followed by dinner and some live entertainment.

DAY 2
After breakfast we have an excursion with a scenic drive to the historic town of Pembroke. We have included a guided tour of the magnificent medieval castle here, followed by free time to explore. Enjoy a festive dinner tonight followed by entertainment.

DAY 3
Today we are heading west to enjoy a beautiful drive to St Davids. Wonderful, charming destination with a remarkable Cathedral to discover and some traditional cafes. Afterwards, we head on with a lovely country drive, via Fishguard to Haverfordwest. An attractive county town with a great variety of shops and cafes – plenty of places for lunch with time to explore.

DAY 4
A free day today to relax around the town. Return to the hotel for complimentary homemade soup for lunch and later in the afternoon, a delicious Cream Tea! Settle in for the evening with the final night of food and entertainment.

DAY 5
Bid farewell to the friendly team as we head home after breakfast. Arriving back in the local area around 4.00/5.00pm and returned to your local pick up point.

Clarence House Hotel

Occupying a superb position on the clifftop, overlooking South Beach & Caldey Island, this friendly, family run hotel is a highly rated destination. The lovely town centre and harbour are only a 5 minute walk away. Outside you can enjoy a drink in the lovely garden or on the clifftop terrace over the road. Happy Hours every day during your stay in the Seagull bar. With a good reputation for food, meals are served in the seafront dining room with a 3 course evening meal with choice of menu and a hot breakfast. All meals served by a friendly waiter.  During our stay there will be evening entertainment at the hotel.

All rooms are comfortable and simply furnished with ensuite bathrooms and tea/coffee making facilities. Passenger lift to all floors. WiFi.
