This delightful break combines the beauty of this wonderful area of the country with the history of Norwich and a fascinating visit to Sandringham House. On the east coast of England, Norfolk has 90 miles of unspoilt coastline, beautiful countryside, the unique Broads National Park, forests and heathland and picturesque market towns. You can’t come to this area without a trip on The Broads!
The county city of Norwich has a fantastic heritage with long trade links, historical sights and architecture plus excellent shopping. This year we have allowed for plenty of time to explore this English gem. A great destination for a holiday and very popular with our customers.

Fun day out today to enjoy the unique ecology of Norfolk. We head to Aylsham for a nostalgic 9 mile steam hauled train trip through the picturesque Norfolk countryside. After arriving in Wroxham we board our pleasure boat for a 1½ hour cruise on the unique Norfolk Broads and hopefully spotting some wildlife. Free time in Wroxham after – a lovely riverside aspect and some good shops. Returning for free time in Norwich. Train/boat included.

Lovely day exploring Norwich today. We start with a guided coach tour of the city centre, seeing many of the main attractions and gain an insight in to the trading history which brought huge wealth to the area including most famously - the mustard industry. Plenty of free time after to return to points of interest or just enjoy strolling the historic streets and find somewhere nice for lunch.
DAY 4
Fascinating day today as we travel through the countryside to Sandringham House. With a fascinating history linked the the British Monarchy since 1862, the estate remains the country retreat of their Majesties The King Charles III and Queen Camilla. Surrounded by extensive parkland, the famous church and beautiful gardens the main ground floor rooms, used by The Royal Family are full of their treasured ornaments, portraits and furniture. The Museum located in the stables has a collection of vehicles used by the Royal family and a photographic exhibition which shows the history of Sandringham House. There is transport to the house provided for the less able, but this is a large scale estate which may prove challenging for the less able. Lovely restaurant for lunch, gift shop and plant centre. Entrance included.
