This iconic street market can trace it’s history back to medieval times and is held annually in the centre of this beautiful old town on the first Monday after 10th October – old Michaelmas Day. The main four streets become full of street traders and food stalls so come along and enjoy the bustling atmosphere.

Sherborne is perhaps the jewel in Dorset's eye! This charming and beautiful town has a real sense of history. Honey-coloured stone buildings, including the magnificent Abbey in the centre of town make for picture-perfect views around every corner. Just a wonderful town to stroll around and enjoy! The town has not one, but two castles! One is a romantic ruin and a delightful 'new' castle with grounds designed by Lancelot 'Capability' Brown. Plenty of shops in the high street with a good selection of cafes, pubs and eateries - take your pick! Lovely day out - very popular.
