For 10 weeks in the Summer months, the magnificent London residence of His Majesty The King is opened to the public. The State Rooms are used extensively by The King and members of the Royal Family to receive and entertain their guests on State, ceremonial and official occasions. The rooms are furnished with many of the greatest treasures from the Royal Collection including paintings by Van Dyck and Canaletto, sculpture by Canova and some of the finest English and French furniture in the world. 

Highlights of your visit to Buckingham Palace include The Throne Room, The Ballroom - the largest of the State Rooms which today is used for investitures and State Banquets, The Music Room with its spectacular parquet floor, the Picture Gallery and Grand Staircase. On the way out you will pass through the gardens offering lovely views back to the Palace.  

We suggest you bring a packed lunch to have before entering as catering is limited in the area. The Garden Café overlooks the magnificent lawn and offers a selection of refreshments as you leave the Palace. Limited places available.

Dropping off point – Grosvenor Place - official Buckingham Palace pick up point - 11.45am approx.
Picking Up point - Coach pick up point on Grosvenor Place - on same side as exit from The Palace. Between Wilton Street-Chester Street.
Departure time - 4.30pm (TBC by driver on day)
Return to the local area – 7.30/8.30pm approx
