The Capital of Cornwall ;  it is a lovely town to stroll around with an impressive Cathedral. Plenty of time here - there is a wide selection of eateries to choose something for lunch. Another lovely dinner tonight followed by a talk by a local historian. Fascinating insight in to the history of the village and the hotel itself. Enjoyed by many.
