Situated at the gateway to the Jurassic Coast of Devon, Seaton is a small coastal town famously home to the popular Seaton Tramway. It's not a big place but in recent years with the addition of a new Superstore and some additional housing its coming up in the world! Free time when we arrive to take a look around the independent gift and craft shops, have a stroll along the level seafront. You can find somewhere for lunch or you may like to take a packed lunch to enjoy on the pebble beach which is lined by attractive beach huts - enjoy those stunning panoramic coastal views! In the afternoon, meet up at the Seaton Tramway Station in the middle of town where we have included a return journey on this unique attraction. It is a 30 ride on the tram which travels up the beautiful River Axe estuary - through two nature reserves and giving an unrivalled view of the abundant wading bird life. We alight at Colyton Station. Step back in time at this historic station, sympathetically restored in the old London and South-Western Railway style. Time for a cup of tea and a look around the souvenir shop before reboarding the tram for the return journey to Seaton where we reboard the coach and head home. A great day out. Price includes return tram fare.

Dropping off point – Centre of town coach park - 11.30am approx.
Meet back at Seaton Tramway Station - 1.45pm latest - Tram departs at 2.00pm.
Return tram departs - 3.20pm. Departing Seaton - 4.00pm
Return to the local area – 5.30/6.30pm approx.
