Lovely day with a visit to this superb family run Garden Centre - located in Ottery St Mary close to Sidmouth in South Devon. One of the finest in the South West, and largest in the UK, the venue has become a regular and popular lunch stop for us on our holiday tour to the West Country. So much so, that we have included it as its own day excursion! Great place to get some fresh ideas for the garden. For many, the freshly prepared food available in the restaurant - now bigger and better, is a highlight of the day. On our way home we stop in the nearby town of Honiton. This lively market town is famous for its lace and pottery and is regarded as the antiques capital of the south west.
