Liverpool has become a firm favourite with our customers.

Liverpool will surprise you – and in a nice way! With the largest collection of museums and galleries anywhere outside of the Capital, Liverpool’s culture and heritage are at the very heart of the city and the revitalised waterfront area. The city centre blends grand old buildings with cutting-edge modern design.

There are a host of destinations to discover in the city so immerse yourself in the history and character of this remarkable city. We have coach excursions every day but the holiday also leaves plenty of free time for you to explore - the city centre hotel making this easy. Sold on a Bed & Hotel Breakfast Basis as there are so many restaurant choices in the immediate area, so you can head off in to the night. If you want to stay in the hotel in the evening - no problem. Meals available in the restaurant or the amazing bar lounge.

DAY 1

Departing your local pick-up point in the morning (approx. 7.30/8.45am), we travel to Liverpool with comfort stops on route. Continuing to arrive at our hotel in the centre of the city late afternoon.

DAY 2
Enjoy a ful breakfast in the hotel before we are joined by our excellent local guide for a panoramic coach tour of the city including Beatles Highlights. This popular tour offers an insight into the history of Liverpool, the story of how the City has developed over the years and it also acts as a good signpost for places you may want to see later. We see the City’s major landmarks, including  Cathedrals, Town  Hall, Pier Head, Albert  Dock and the Museum and Galleries. Added bonus this year with the addition of Beatles Highlights including a visit to either see the homes of John Lennon and Paul  McCartney or the locations featured in two of their most famous songs, Penny Lane and Strawberry Field. Free time after.

DAY 3
Special day out today! Liverpool is a football city - in the truest sense, with the culture of the game ingrained in to every aspect of life and a constant source of conversation. Our destination today is Anfield with a Stadium Tour included! Enjoy epic views of the pitch and city landscape from the top level of the Main Stand, visit the state-of-the-art Home Team dressing room, practice your interview technique in the Press Room and pass under the famous This Is Anfield sign. Take a spine-tingled walk down the Players' Tunnel, get the chance for a photo in Klopp's seat in the Dugout and enjoy more photo opportunities of the pitch and Main Stand from The Kop. Free time in the city after.

Even if you don't like football - it's quite an experience!

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO OPERATIONAL REASONS LFC MAY SUSPEND/ALTER STADIUM TOURS AT SHORT NOTICE - HASN'T HAPPENED YET, BUT JUST A WARNING!

DAY 4
Joined by our local guide again for a lovely day, as we travel out of the city making the short journey across the River Mersey on to the Wirral Peninsular, a place of towns, villages, and small hamlets. The main part of the tour will take you to Port Sunlight, the industrial village created by William Hesketh Lever, the first Lord Leverhulme, for his workers in the late 19th century. A visit to the Lady Lever Art Gallery or to see other villages such as Thornton Hough or Brimstage is included.

DAY 5
We head home stopping on route for comfort breaks before arriving back in the local area around 4.00/5.00pm.
