As Wales’ largest resort, it is not hard to see why Llandudno has been attracting visitors for so long. Surrounded by wonderful countryside, including the mighty Snowdonia and flanked by the Great Orme and Little Orme headlands, the town lies on a wide curving bay. The palm tree lined promenade is great for a stroll and our hotel gives easy access to the shops, attractions, Victorian Pier and (if you are lucky) beautiful sunsets.

For this break, our superb and award-winning hotel, has laid on a special Welsh Gourmet Weekend. Themed towards the use of Welsh products from local producers, the weekend aims to give a unique taste of Wales. Full details to be confirmed nearer to the event but on previous years has included Welsh Afternoon tea with home baked cakes, an 8 course Welsh tasting menu, special Welsh breakfasts, a brewery talk & tasting plus evening cabaret style entertainment and a very special performance by a local Welsh male voice choir!!

Sure to be a popular trip away.

DAY 1
After being collected from your local pick up point at approximately 7.00/8.15am - we have comfort stops on route including a main stop for lunch before arriving in Llandudno late afternoon. Settle in to your comfortable accommodation and enjoy the ambience of the hotel before dinner.

At this time we are awaiting the final details from the hotel regarding events and entertainment so the final itinerary and destinations are subject to alteration.

DAY 2
A special day out to enjoy the stunning scenery of the Snowdonia National Park. Joined by our excellent local guide - bringing the countryside and towns to life as we pass through some of the finest scenery in Britain. During the day we visit the amazing and magical, Portmeirion. Designed by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis in 1925, Portmerion was built in imitation of a rustic Italian village and was famously used in ‘The Prisoner’ TV show. Definitely a unique attraction! Entrance fee included.

DAY 3
Enjoy a special breakfast before a day to enjoy Llandudno.

DAY 4
We head home this morning, with refreshment stops as required before returning to the local area around 5.00/6.00pm.
