It can be a wonderful time of year to visit Cornwall and see her in all her rugged beauty. Join us on this cosy Winter Warmer package to the excellent quality 3* Rosemundy Hotel, tucked away in the Cornish village of St Agnes. For the more adventurous, there are plenty of walking paths in the area with the sea not too far away. But the hotel also has cosy lounges where you can relax and enjoy the gardens from the comfort of inside! We also have excursions out from the hotel every day. A lovely relaxing break – very much enjoyed by our customers on previous stays.

DAY 1
After being collected from your local pick up point around 8.00am we have refreshment stops as required before arriving in St Agnes late afternoon with time to settle in before dinner.

During our stay at the hotel we have some extras included – a sherry reception, a delicious afternoon cream tea and a glass of wine with dinner on the last night.

DAY 2
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the restaurant before our excursion today to Padstow. Plenty of time at this Cornish gem so enjoy strolling around the streets, grab something to eat and drink in one of the many cafes, pubs or restaurants. Enjoy the lovely views over the River Camel estuary to Rock - classic Cornish views with traditional ferry boats on the water. 

DAY 3
Lovely day out as we enjoy the Cornish countryside on the way to Falmouth with free time to explore at leisure. Its natural harbour has made the town a centre for maritime history for centuries with so much for the visitor to enjoy. Stroll around the quays and along the pier with wonderful views over the Fal River and soak up the history. Maybe head for the excellent National Maritime Museum or take time out in the excellent Falmouth Art Gallery. Plenty of great pubs, cafes and restaurant to discover in the centre of town. Find somewhere nice for lunch before we head back to the hotel mid afternoon.

DAY 4
Lovely excursion out today visiting the popular Lost Gardens of Heligan. Having fallen in to disrepair these amazing gardens were rediscovered by Tim Smit, who went on to establish the nearby Eden Project. From the more formal walled gardens, down to the sub-tropical Jungle area with giant palms and pond, these remarkable gardens offer something of interest for every eye. Great fun exploring here before we head down to the coast to Mevagissey. One of those classic Cornish fishing port - just a great place to stroll around and explore the narrow streets. Entrance to Gardens included!!!!!  

DAY 5
We head home this morning, with refreshment stops including a main stop for lunch before arriving back in the local area around 5.00pm.

3* Rosemundy House Hotel

This family run hotel is set in four acres of gardens only 100 yards from the centre of the unspoilt village of St Agnes in Cornwall. So you can stroll in to town for a coffee or drink in the pub or walk a little further to the beach cove. The hotel offers a chance to relax and recharge with a peaceful friendly atmosphere and comfortable lounges to enjoy a cup of tea in. The personal attention of the management and staff at the hotel is excellent – they really want you to enjoy your stay. Enjoy a drink in Tom Noggi’s Bar before dinner which is served in the elegant restaurant. The food is highly rated with our customers – there is a choice of menu with the accent on local fresh ingredients. 

Between May until September the hotel also has a heated outdoor 45 ft swimming pool so you can soak up the Cornish sunshine. Or why not enjoy a leisurely stroll through the extensive, secluded gardens and woodlands.

All the hotel bedrooms are comfortably furnished with en-suite private bathrooms, Colour TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. No lift but ground floor rooms available – remainder on 1st floor.
