Cornwall, the westernmost and southernmost part of mainland Britain is washed on all sides by the warm waters of the Gulf Stream.

The peninsula is surrounded by a stunning coastline from wide sandy beaches to intimate rocky coves and charming fishing villages which tell the story of this magical county. Join us on this package to the excellent quality 3* Rosemundy Hotel, tucked away in the Cornish village of St Agnes. For the more adventurous, there are plenty of walking paths in the area with the sea not too far away. Come away for a lovely relaxing break. Very popular destination.

DAY 1
After being collected from your local pick up point around 7.00/8.00am, we have refreshment stops as required before arriving in St Agnes late afternoon.


DAY 2
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before we head out today. Pencarrow House & Gardens. Approached by a magnificent mile-long drive, this impressive Palladian mansion has expansive Grade II formal gardens, a large Victorian rock garden and ice house, celtic cross, 50 acres of parkland, lake and woodland. We have included a guided tour around the 50 room Georgian mansion which displays a superb collection of antique furniture, paintings and porcelain. Enjoy lunch in the lovely Tea Rooms before a stroll around the well maintained pathways. You may recognise Pencarrow as it has been used in many popular films & TV series. Entrance and guided tour included PLUS we have included a Cream Tea!!


DAY 3
Day out today with our excellent local guide for a tour of the county. Hear fascinating stories of the history of this remarkable region and enjoy stunning views of the Cornish coast and countryside. Enjoyable day out. Includes time in the beautiful town of St Ives - a painters paradise.


DAY 4
Fantastic day to Falmouth today. First we head for the celebrated Glendurgan Gardens. Wonderful gardens which run down to Helford River - a wonderful mix of exotic plants, striking mazes, wildflowers and wildlife leading down to the beach at the hamlet of Durgan. Please note that some sections of the gardens may not be suitable for all. After we head in to town with free time to explore at leisure. Its natural harbour has made the town a centre for maritime history for centuries with so much for the visitor to enjoy. Stroll around the quays and along the pier with wonderful views over the Fal River and soak up the history. Maybe head for the excellent National Maritime Museum or take time out in the excellent Falmouth Art Gallery. Plenty of great pubs, cafes and restaurant to discover in the centre of town.


DAY 5
Padstow. Lovely day out to this Cornish gem with plenty of time to stroll around the streets, grab something to eat and drink in one of the many cafes, pubs or restaurants. Enjoy the lovely views over the River Camel estuary to Rock - classic Cornish views with traditional ferry boats on the water. 


DAY 6
We head home this morning, with refreshment stops as required before arriving back in the local area around 4.30pm.

This family run hotel is set in four acres of gardens only 100 yards from the centre of the unspoilt village of St Agnes in Cornwall. So you can stroll in to town for a coffee or drink in the pub or walk a little further to the beach cove. The hotel offers a chance to relax and recharge with a peaceful friendly atmosphere and comfortable lounges to enjoy a cup of tea in. The personal attention of the management and staff at the hotel is excellent – they really want you to enjoy your stay. Enjoy a drink in Tom Noggi’s Bar before dinner which is served in the elegant restaurant. The food is highly rated with our customers – there is a choice of menu with the accent on local fresh ingredients.
