Staying in the luxurious surroundings of this superb 4* hotel in the centre of Torquay with a combination of top-notch cuisine, stylish décor, nightly entertainment (subject to restrictions) and excellent service.

Blessed with a balmy climate and famous for its palm trees, it's easy to see why Torquay has attracted visitors since Victorian times. There is stunning scenery along the coast road and historic towns are dotted throughout the region. The traditional harbour and stylish Princess Pier marina area offer the town a continental atmosphere, with a growing selection of eateries to sample. Stroll along the attractive waterfront esplanade to the new Abbey Crescent leisure development and enjoy a drink overlooking Torbay. It is certainly worth exploring the newly refurbished Illuminated Royal Terrace Gardens with wonderful views from the top. Enjoy fine dining six-course dinners with live pianist followed by nightly entertainment. (subject to restrictions). 

DAY 1
After being collected from your local pick up point around 9.00am we have comfort stops as required before arriving at the hotel mid afternoon. Settle in before your amazing 6 course dinner. Food is and absolute highlight at the hotel!

DAY 2
Enjoyable excursion today with a visit to nearby Totnes. This historic market town sits on the banks of the River Dart in the heart of South Devon. Lovely country views on the way with the town centre full of historic buildings, a range of quirky independent shops and some great places to eat. Enjoy the relaxed unique atmosphere of this charming town.

DAY 3
Excursion to Buckland Abbey. A wonderful National Trust property, Buckland has 700 years of history but is perhaps most famously linked with one of England’s most famous seafarers, Sir Francis Drake. The Abbey is part museum, part house, and filled with treasures such as the legendary Drake’s Drum. Surrounded by meadows, orchards, woodlands and lovely gardens. Entrance included. National Trust member discount - £10. Returning for free time at the hotel.

DAY 4
We head home with a stop for lunch before arriving back to your local drop off point around 3.00pm.

You will be attended to by the friendly professional staff who are commited to ensure you enjoy your time with them.
