NEW DESTINATIONS!! Great day out on the Isle of Wight. We head to Southampton and board the Red Funnel ferry - lovely views on the way passing through Southampton Water and out in to The Solent. After arriving in East Cowes we have a half hour drive to the excellent Busy Bee Garden Centre near Ryde. This award winning centre has become a favourite stopping point on our holidays to the Island and has a particularly good restaurant. Enjoy time here before we re-board the coach for the short journey to The Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary near Ventnor. The Sanctuary is set over 55 acres, has free entry with a gift shop and a cafe. Donations will be gratefully received for the upkeep of this excellent facillity which gives a forever-home for over 100 donkeys. Returning to the mainland via the same route.

Arrival time - 11.00am approx (East Cowes)
Departure time - 17.30pm (East Cowes)
Return to the local area – 7.15/8.15pm approx.
