As Wales’ largest resort, it is not hard to see why Llandudno has been attracting visitors for so long. Surrounded by wonderful countryside, including the mighty Snowdonia and flanked by the Great Orme and Little Orme headlands, the town lies on a wide curving bay. The palm tree lined promenade is great for a stroll and our hotel gives easy access to the shops, attractions, Victorian Pier and (if you are lucky) beautiful sunsets.

On your free day you could choose to take a trip on the Great Orme Tramway with spectacular views from the top. There are a host of superb excursion destinations in the surrounding region - some of the finest scenery in Britain.

DAY 1
After being collected from your local pick up point around 7.30/8.30am,  we have refreshment stops as required before arriving in Llandudno late afternoon.


DAY 2
Wonderful day out today as we are joined by our superb local tour guide. We first head to the historic town of Caernarfon with its attractive Castle, along the famous Menai Strait. Afterwards, we continue on to see the beautiful countryside of the Isle of Anglesey, including a visit to the lovely town of Beaumaris.


DAY 3
Today we head for the remarkable Bodnant Gardens. One of the most beautiful gardens anywhere in the UK and a jewel of the National Trust. Set over 80 acres the gardens grow a bewildering variety of plants and trees from all over the world. Afterwards we head for Conwy. A charming walled town with a fairytale castle. Entrance to Bodnant included. NT discount.


DAY 4
A special day out to enjoy the stunning scenery of the Snowdonia National Park. Joined by our excellent local guide - bringing the countryside and towns to life as we pass through some of the finest scenery in Britain. During the day we visit the amazing and magical, Portmeirion. Designed by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis in 1925, Portmerion was built in imitation of a rustic Italian village and was famously used in ‘The Prisoner’ TV show. Definitely a unique attraction! Entrance fee included.


DAY 5
We head home this morning, with refreshment stops as required before being returned to your local pick up point around 5.00/6.00pm.

Run by the same family for three generations, this superb hotel has a well-earned reputation for warm, friendly and comfortable accommodation. Ideally located on the level seafront, the hotel is within a 5 minute stroll of the Victorian Pier, Great Orme Tramway and the shops are just around the corner. The restaurant in particular has a superb reputation and you will be served a choice of menu.
