Sidmouth - Pre Christmas Break - Thu 19th Nov 2020

Set in the heart of the World Heritage Coast, the elegant town of Sidmouth is one of Devon’s oldest resorts. It’s beautiful Georgian and Regency architecture give the town an unspoilt and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Our Pre-Christmas Break is now a firm favourite on the calendar staying at the ever popular 3* Kingswood and Devoran Hotel, one of the best hotels on Sidmouth Seafront. You can be assured of the usual friendly staff that make these few days away relaxing before Christmas so enjoyable.

This is different to a Turkey ‘n’ Tinsel - it's a relaxing and quiet break.

DAY 1
After being collected from your home at around 8.00/9.00am, we head to Sidmouth with a comfort stop and lunch stop on route. Arriving in Sidmouth mid afternoon for a warm welcome at the hotel.

DAY 2
Enjoy a wide choice at breakfast before we leave the hotel with a scenic Devon drive around the River Exe Estuary to Torquay. Always a popular destination with plenty of time here to enjoy the palm treet lined seafront, the harbour, the towns gardens and find somewhere nice for lunch. 

DAY 3
A free day for you to enjoy Sidmouth and visit the shops around the town. Complimentary morning coffee and afternoon tea is served in the lounge every day.

DAY 4
After your morning coffee we head to Exeter. Much to see in this historic city which has one of the finest Cathedrals in the country and delightful rejuvenated quayside. If you want to shop or have a meal, the excellent Princesshay shopping centre has a massive choice. 

DAY 5
We leave Sidmouth and head for our lunch stop. Arriving back in the local area around 3.00/4.00pm - returned to your home by our service.

3* Kingswood & Devoran Hotel

The superb Kingswood & Devoran Hotel on Sidmouth seafront has a lovely entrance and public areas but it is the ‘old-fashioned’ levels of friendly service and quality which sets this hotel apart. It is elegantly decorated and completely non-smoking. Superbly situated, giving direct access to the town centre shops. 

There is a 5 course table d’hote menu to enjoy in the restaurant with complementary morning coffee & biscuits and afternoon tea with cake. All rooms have en suite bathrooms with Colour TV, phone and tea/coffee making facilities. Lift to most bedrooms.
