Cornwall, the westernmost and southernmost part of mainland Britain is washed on all sides by the warm waters of the Gulf Stream.

Join us on this package to the excellent quality 3* Rosemundy Hotel, tucked away in the Cornish village of St Agnes. For the more adventurous, there are plenty of walking paths in the area with the sea not too far away. Come away for a lovely relaxing break. Very popular destination.

REVISED ITINERARY FOR SUMMER 2020
DAY 1
After being collected from your home around 7.30am, we have refreshment stops as required before arriving in St Agnes late afternoon.
DAY 2
After your full breakfast we head for Falmouth and drop near the town quay where we have arranged for a 2 hour river cruise charter with commentary exploring the beautiful scenery and wildlife along the Fal River. Followed by free time to explore the town - plenty of great pubs, cafes and restaurants to discover in the centre of town. Boat trip included.
DAY 3
Lovely excursion out today visiting the popular Lost Gardens of Heligan. Having fallen in to disrepair these amazing gardens were rediscovered by Tim Smit, who went on to establish the nearby Eden Project. From the more formal walled gardens, down to the sub-tropical Jungle area with giant palms and pond, these remarkable gardens offer something of interest for every eye. Great fun exploring here before we head down to the coast to Mevagissey. One of those classic Cornish fishing port - just a great place to stroll around and explore the narrow streets. Entrance to Gardens included.
DAY 4
Day out today with our excellent local guide for a tour of the county. Hear fascinating stories of the history of this remarkable region and enjoy stunning views of the Cornish coast and countryside. Enjoyable day out.
DAY 5
Excursion to the spectacular gardens at Trebah. These amazing subtropical gardens near to Falmouth are world famous – covering a spectacular 26 acres and descending 200 feet through a wonderful tropical valley to the Helford river. Renowned for its collection of huge tree ferns, Trebah also has 100 year old rhododendrons, magnolias and camellias. After lunch here we head for the traditional Cornish fishing port of Porthleven – time to stroll around the historic harbour.
DAY 6
We head home this morning, with refreshment stops as required before arriving back in the local area around 4.30pm - returned to your home by our service.

The food is highly rated with our customers – there is a choice of menu with the accent on local fresh ingredients. No lift but ground floor rooms available – remainder on 1st floor. RELAXING BREAK
