Buckingham Palace - The State Rooms - Tue 6th Aug 2019

In the Summer months the magnificent London residence of Her Majesty The Queen is opened to the public. The State Rooms are used extensively by The Queen and members of the Royal Family to receive and entertain their guests on State, ceremonial and official occasions. The rooms are furnished with many of the greatest treasures from the Royal Collection including paintings by Van Dyck and Canaletto, sculpture by Canova and some of the finest English and French furniture in the world. 

This Summers special exhibition celebrates 200 years since Queen Victoria's birth and also marks the 500th anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci's death with another special exhibition of the Renaissance master's greatest drawings in the Royal Collection.

We suggest you bring a packed lunch to have before entering as catering is limited in the area. The Garden Café overlooks the magnificent lawn and offers a selection of refreshments as you leave the Palace. Limited places available.

Price includes entrance ticket.

Departure time - 4.30pm (TBC by driver on day)
