Come along and join the fun at the UK's longest running festival of Street Theatre, comedy, and music held around the centre of historic Winchester. The Hat Fair has been one of Hampshire’s most popular days out for over 40 years and attracts talent from all over the country. Today, the action takes place in Abbey Gardens and The Broadway, which will be closed to traffic as the artists perform their quirky acts. Excellent fun. Plenty of places to enjoy a nice lunch or grab some of the street food on offer. No entrance fee charged but they won’t mind you putting something in the ‘hat!’
