The Victorian Spa town of Harrogate in Yorkshire is a delightful destination for a holiday and has proved to be very popular with our customers. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and charming historic towns, villages and attractions it is not hard to see why the town has been voted ‘the happiest in Britain’.

With graceful Victorian architecture and beautiful floral public gardens around the town, Harrogate has a cosmopolitan feel. Dotted with pavement cafes, bars, tearooms (including the famous Betty’s) and fashionable boutiques there is plenty to enjoy during your stay. If you have time, head for the Turkish Baths & Health Spa to enjoy a tour or maybe a treatment in this remarkable building.

After being collected from your local pick up point around 7.30/8.30am, we have arefreshment stop and stop for lunch before arriving at the hotel late pm.

Lovely day as we head for York. One of our most popular destinations, we allow for plenty of free time in the very centre of this historic gem. Explore the cobbled streets lined with interesting shops – don’t miss The Shambles with its timber-framed houses plus there are plenty of attractions to choose from.

Day at leisure for you to relax, enjoy the central location of hotel to explore all the many attractions of Harrogate including some great shops, plenty of places for lunch and the beautiful public gardens.

Today we are joined by our local guide for a tour of the wonderful Yorkshire Dales – one of our most popular days out anywhere! We have also included a visit to Bolton Abbey – beautiful ruins on the banks of the River Wharfe. An idyllic location. Entrance included.

We leave the hotel and head home with a lunch stop before arriving back in the local area around 4.00/5.00pm and returned to your drop off point.

Located only a 10 minute walk in to town, the 3* Cairn Hotel is a traditional Victorian style hotel offering good standards of accommodation, service and cuisine. The Windsor Restaurant offers a choice of menu served by chefs at the buffet, using local produce where possible.
