In the morning we head in to the Kent countryside for Sissinghurst Castle Garden - one of the most celebrated gardens in the country if not the world. Climb the 78 steps to the top of the tower for a panoramic view of the estate. After lunch here, we make the short journey to another Kent gem, Scotney Castle. With a wealth of history dating back to 1137 the estate consists of a country house, romantic garden and a stunning 14th century moated castle.

DAY 3
Enjoy a full breakfast before we head off again - our destination today is the nearby Leeds Castle.  With a breathtaking location on a lake - Leeds has been described as ‘the loveliest castle in the world’. It certainly has an amazing history, being the private home of medieval queens, a palace used by Henry VIII, right up to the modern day when its 500 acres of parkland and gardens have made the castle one of the most visited historic venues in the country. Returning to the hotel mid afternoon for free time.

DAY 4
In the morning we depart for the stunning Ightham Mote. This beautiful medieval moated manor house is stunning and has a superb interior to discover. Outside, there are wonderful gardens to enjoy with a series of water features.  We head on to Chartwell House. This fascinating property was the family home of Winston Churchill and remains much as it was when the family lived here.

DAY 5
We head home with a stop for lunch in historic Chichester. Arriving back in the local area around 3/4.00pm - returned to your home by our service.
